What is your return policy?

Toast Swim issues store credit notes for all returns except for items marked as Final Sale. Final Sale Items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned for store credit or a refund.

We do not process exchanges or refunds at this time.

If you would like to send in your return for a credit note, you will be credited the order value excluding any shipping costs. 

For all returns, Toast Swim must be contacted within (14) days from the delivery date of your package for a return authorization number. 

Your return must be shipped and postmarked within (7) days from receiving your return authorization number.  

The merchandise being returned must be in original condition. Unwashed, unworn, and unused with its hangtags and liners still intact.

**Items marked as final sale are FINAL SALE and can not be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund.

 

How do I start my return?

Initiate your return at toastswim.returnscenter.com. Once you have been provided your RMA# pack up your items in the bags and packaging it came in and follow the return instructions emailed to you.

 

Will a return label be provided to me? And what is your return address?

All customers will need to send in their return at their own expense. We recommend selecting a trackable/insured service as we are not liable for any lost or misdirected packages.

How long will I have to wait for my return to be processed once it is delivered to you?

Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the date they are delivered to our warehouse although it may take some more time during busy periods.

 

What if I receive the incorrect items or my items are faulty?

Contact us at hello@toastswim.com within (24) hours from the time your package was delivered so we can arrange for a replacement or repair.
